Can you help installing a third party script which is not bundled on my account. Such as Dolphin or any other free software, any extra charge?
Answer: Yes! We can help you with installation of anyting, even though it may not be on bundled with your account.
Migrating my account from another web host. Will you be able to do this and make sure everything is moved and working as it were? Any extra charge?
Answer: We can help you with migrating of static website free of charge, for dynamic website which involve databases, there is a small fees depending on the work.
Help me troubleshoot a php application which is not bundled with my account. If there is an error, will you be able to help me troubleshoot it, or it would not be possible?
Answer: Yes, it is absolutly possible.
Can you call me back at my phone number to provide guidance if I need assistance and guidance setting up something on my account?
Answer: We always call back customers if we are not able to solve the problem on call.
Do you provide Live Chat Support? I mean really support, not just a mediator where someone would eventually ask me to submit a ticket.

How many domain names do you host on my existing server?
Answer: About 300 domain names are hosted presently.
At any point in time, can I request you to restore my account to a previous available set of backup. If so, is there any additional fees to it? Otherwise I may consider getting an off-site backup somewhere.
Answer: We can restore account but there is a fees associated with it.
Do you support ffmpeg on my server?
Answer: No fffmpeg support.
Can you please install Mycrypt on php, I need it for one of my application. Also, if in the future I may require a php module that is not available, can you install it for me?
Answer: No, since your accounts are shared with other, we can’t have custom php modules installed.
Is it possible to change my main domain name on my hosting account later on? If so, what is the procedure?
Answer: Yes, it is possible. You just need to raise a support ticket.
Does your server auto kill processes in case they reach a certain processing time or memory usage?
Answer: Yes, they do.

I am not intending to host an adult community site, but in any case should one of my member upload an adult related video into my community site, what is your policy in regards to it?

I am about to use GoogleApps as well, how do I modify my domain�s DNS records?
Answer: You can login to your domain name control panel and make the change.
I need to know your mail sending limit policy. How many emails can I send out per hour? Also, how big is the allowed mail attachments, is it possible for my users to attach 200 MB mpeg files or more?
Answer: You are allowed maximum of 500 emails / hour with a maximum attachment of 10MB.
Do you use mod_security? If yes, can I turn it off for my own account using .htaccess?
Answer: We are protected from hackers and DDoS attack and we do not allow mod_security to be turned off using .htaccess
Can I set my own php variables through my own local php.ini and .htaccess directives?
Answer: Yes, you can do that.
Do you run phpsuexec on your server?
Answer: No, we do not allow this on shared servers.
Do you support magento installation?
Answer: Yes.
